Quickly following the heels of Phase 1 was Phase 2, shown below. This phase included a small addition off the back of the existing garage and a custom entry awning.
A common language developed between the homeowners, design, and construction team. Below is what become our shorthand.
“Hero Tile” = Asymmetrically Placed Motawi Art Tile
“Bob’s Pie Cove” = Pantry Where Bob Makes Apple Pies
“The Cloud” = Master Bathroom
“The Awesome Awning” = Entry Awning (Runners up included “Aloha Awning” and “The House Hat”
“Zen Room” = Great Room
“Penny Tile Bathroom” = Self explanatory? There was penny tile on every surface (nearly)
“Riverfront” = Breakfast room
“The Sanctuary” = Guest Bedroom with Laundry Nook (washer/dryer room)
“She Cove” = Garage Addition with Potting Bench
